My absolute FAVORITE new jacket.
I could probably write a book about how wonderful this leather jacket is. The leather is extremely smooth, genuine leather (I tested with fire - did you know that if you run a fire over genuine leather and it doesn't melt and isn't affected in any way, that means it's real?). The fit is perfect - feels loose enough to be comfortable, but fitted enough to not feel bulky. It has massive outer pockets and plenty of space to store things without making the pockets appear super bulky. It keeps me warm when I'm outside, but isn't sweltering for indoor wear. Most importantly, the sizing chart - WOW. I have never seen such a detailed, accurate size chart for jackets! I always have issues with jackets - non-stretchy fabric like leather, especially - because I have broad shoulders and my arms aren't super skinny. Thanks to this chart, I was able to order the exact accurate size, and it fits me like a dream. No weird smells or anything, just clean, well treated leather. BUY. THIS. JACKET. It will change your life. Every time I walk into a gig or a studio session now, I just feel like "that girl" and it makes me feel so confident! The perfect compliment to any outfit.
This lovely high-class long sleeve V-neck lapel collard, soft leather blazer for women is very well made and is nicely soft, made of lambskin. The front has a two-button closure and two front side flap pockets, and a top left-side open pocket. The long sleeves have four functioning buttons on each sleeve for cufflinks, sleeve roll-up, or fastening. This very stylish leather blazer is made of excellent quality material, has a nice inner, and the sewing and stitching are excellent. This very nice leather jacket is dry-cleaned only. This blazer is QUALITY. It is so soft and comfortable. Very warm, very sleek looking. It looks great over a dress for a night out, or could be warn to the office. I love a versatile piece and this can do it all.
This is a great blazer-style leather jacket. The leather is buttery soft and the lining feels great against my skin. All of the stitching seems to be well done, including the buttons (I have had similar jackets where the buttons are very loose, but these are securely sewn on). The sleeves and overall length work great for me (I'm 5'10"), but may be too much if you're petite. The XL leaves plenty of room for me to layer underneath. This isn't a jacket for really cold weather because it only closes through the body and not the chest, but it's a perfect additional layer when the weather is cool (and the leather really stops the wind from penetrating my layers, which is a blessing in Maryland in February). It looks good and feels pulled together when just thrown over jeans and a white t-shirt. It's a solid addition to my wardrobe.
For reference, I'm 5'10", 190 lbs, 38dd, 32 jeans, inverted triangle/apple shape. I ordered the XL so I can wear sweaters underneath, and there's plenty of room for that without the jacket looking bulky. It is made in China, fwiw
This is one of those finds that comes around once in a great moon. Here we have what I consider one of the very best leather coats I've ever owned. Everything about this coat exudes elegance and sophistication. I want to begin by making sure you realize this is NOT a pleather coat, or PVC or faux leather. This has been created using a premium Lambskin. The lambskin is super supple and wearing this feels like a dream. Pockets line up where they should be. The fit is accurate, the length of the sleeves were long enough for me. Being 5'9 sometimes you get things home and it was intended for women 5'6 and under. So I was pleasantly surprised - elated that it was a perfect fit. Now let me outline some of the reasons I sought this jacket over other similar ones on the market.
*Design: Flawless, no issues of loose threads, tears, stains. Arrived in perfect condition. lambskin leather has elevated this jacket due to the high quality of this material. Love the lapel on the collar. There is a top fake pocket, but below- where your hands fall, you have two pockets, with flaps over to give more protection
